Tim

So Tim starts his new job tonight! It's a big night for us all. We went to Walmart and got him some work shorts and shirts to hold him over till he gets uniforms. We got all the things he will need for his lunches. And we, or I, yelled at the kids!
The boys do this whenever Tim has been off for more then one night and has to go back to work. As soon as we tell them Tim is going to work that night they start acting up! Dylan is being completely defiant. When I say no he keeps doing exactly what he was doing and a barrage of excuses start issuing forth. Deven is the little follower and so just does what ever it is Dylan is doing. Tim had to take a nap today, and it took awhile but Deven finally went down too. Dylan on the other hand laid on his bed and sang, played with toys, hit things on the floor, which is linoleum. He moved around as much as possible and rubbed his feet on the blow up mattress so that it would make noises.
I know some of all this comes from Tim and I being apprehensive, but I am at my wits end! Deven just tunes me out, but once I get him to look me in the eyes he usually stops what he is doing and finds something else to do. Dylan is fighting back in his own way and I am not sure what to do about it!
Any suggestions??????
